Account Manager
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities :
Build a solid relationship with customers through regular on site visits and gain an insight into their visions and the suitability of NVIKING's products in that framework.
Supports company's selected Platinum customer base and provides technical assistance post sales
Build or configure system level diagnostics to isolate and correct problems in conjunction with Product Manager
Provide highest level of Customer service with quick and prompt responses to Customers
Provide solutions or workarounds to Platinum Customers problems with guidance from Product Manager
Escalate and manage Cases within the timeframes allotted
Be accountable and responsible for Customer Satisfaction
Record and document all issues related to Customers - Internal and External
Visit Customers periodically or as required
Manage Technical Relationship with Customers as required
Act as technical advisor to customers where required
Identify Customers technical needs and manage as required
Proactively provide Support to customers by maintaining continued contact
Meet Service Levels and response Charters as allotted
Evaluate market opportunities, identify customer needs and value proposition
Drive and disseminate marketing and promotional programs to grow revenue from current services
Establish and sustain close engagement with service delivery
Participate in strategic and customer situations as a valued Platinum Support champion
Experience Required
Tertiary education, either University, Technical (Polytechnic) College
Industry certifications in one or more of the following: MCSE, MCP, CNA, CCNA, CCNP, Unix, Lotus Notes, CISSP
Experience with one of more of the following Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows NT4, win9x, Win2k, XP, Linux, Unix - HP UX, AIX, Solaris
Network experience with the following protocols
TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, HTTP, SMTP
Token Ring
Experience with the following Network architecture
LAN's & WAN's
ATM, Frame Relay, Gigabit
Application experience in one or more of the following:
Microsoft Exchange, IIS & SQL
Lotus Notes or Domino
Remote Access Service
Full understanding of the OSI Model
Speak, read & write English
Able to travel with minimal notice
Customer focused with previous experience in Customer facing environment
Strong planning and project management skills
Business Development experience - either as contributor or Manager
Technical Engineer
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities :
Computer Science or Electrical Engineering BS minimum or related undergraduate
degree and 3-5 years of experience.
For providing effective and efficient manufacturing test solutions to support High
Volume Manufacturing (HVM) of our wireless products (WiFi, BT, WiGig, and GNSS)
at our various Out-Sourcing Design and Manufacturing (ODM) sites.
Knowledge of WiFi 802.11 families, Bluetooth or other related RF technologies.
Knowledge of electronics and WiFi/BT RF test equipment operation as a must.
For others such as NFC, GPS, FM test equipment would be a plus
support New Product Introduction (NPI) by coordinating test NPI program
receivables and deliverables with the Product Development Team to enable
manufacturing test capability and capacity to support the NPI build plan, and
transition a qualified test environment to HVM and sustaining teams.
This will
require close work with the Product Design, Validation, and Quality teams
in the fast paced, dynamic NPI environment to deliver the next wave of test
solutions including testers, mechanical test fixtures, and test software.
Ensure quality, Critical to Function (CTF), and Test Time Reduction activities to
ensure the delivered test environment meets specifications and financial goals.
Experience with C, C# and C++ architecture, tools, programming and program
maintenance in Windows as minimum.
Familiar with Linux would be plus
require managing all aspects of integration of custom parts and off-the-shelf test
equipment, validating new tester designs (electrical and functional), and debugging
specific integration issues with test software, drivers, and the rest of the test
environment.
Additional Qualifications:
Understanding of manufacturing and testing requirements for high volume,
high density, small form factor board
Product Manager
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits
from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
Candidate must hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronic
Engineering, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering, Automation and Control
Engineering
Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability
circuits.
Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.
Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation
vectors and drive complex test equipment.
Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions.
Tests, validates,
modifies and re-designs circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure
optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability
with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to
both quality and cost constraints.
Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems
utilizing formal education and judgment.
Can work well both independently and in a team, pro-active, have strong analytical
and problem solving skill
